ActiveCampaign Marketing Automation Audit
We review your ActiveCampaign account and make recommendations on how to improve it.
We’ll review your contacts and make recommendations on segmentation and automations to help you get more leads. We’ll get to know your team and how you use ActiveCampaign and provide input on maximizing what ActiveCampaign does for you.
Some organizations require all of ActiveCampaign’s power, such as B2B companies, which may need CRM capabilities, personalization, and robust reporting. Some organizations are much smaller and only require automation and lead nurturing.
We’ll help you get the most out of your organization based on your specific needs.
We review:
- Your contacts. Specifically how they’re segmented and tagged.
- We review your automation sequences to ensure they work properly. We may also suggest improving what you have or what new sequences we believe will help.
- Lead Scoring. We review what you have set up (if you have it set up). We make recommendations on how to get the most out of your lead scoring and nurturing sequences.
- Sales Funnel setups. If you’re using the CRM component, we review how you’re using it and how you can improve it.
- Review any integrations with 3rd party services to ensure things are working as expected.
- We review tagging structures to make sure they make sense and suggest how to improve them.

We’ll train your team on using ActiveCampaign effectively, sharing strategies that help you and your team get the most out of this powerful email marketing platform. We can come on-site, but mostly, we train remotely.

If we’re migrating contacts, having a comma-separated CSV file is vital. Ensuring the data is properly formatted and separating first/last names, emails, and other relevant information is critical.
A marketing plan for what you want helps us configure ActiveCampaign to reach your marketing and business goals and saves us time.

If you do not have these, we will tack on a fixed-fee road mapping phase to help determine these things with you.
One-time ActiveCampaign projects start at $3,000k and go up from there. Ongoing email production and campaign support (where we manage, write, and monitor reporting for your campaigns) starts at $2,500k per month and go up depending on the number of emails we work on and the number of strategic consults required.
We believe in transparency and accountability. You will always know your price because we provide a quote (and not an estimate). If we misunderstand your project, that’s our problem and not yours. We’ll make it right, even at our cost. This is a unique feature of our agency. If you have more questions, please get in touch.
We always bill a fixed fee for our projects. In rare cases, we’ll bill by our day or weekly rates.
For any project less than $10,000, we require full payment upfront. For projects that cost more than $10k, we offer 50/50 or 50/25/25 payment terms.
ACH is preferred, and we offer a slight percentage discount when you pay invoices this way.
We accept credit cards and PayPal, too.
It depends on project complexity.
Low-complexity projects can be delivered in 1 to 5 days.
Projects with complex considerations can take 2 weeks or more to complete. We’re always transparent about our timelines.
No. We have a small team and do all our work in-house. Sometimes we bring on a freelancer to help with low-complexity tasks, in which case we’re transparent about that.
We offer this service for ongoing email production support only.
Yes! We provide training and documentation for any ActiveCampaign project we’ve delivered.
