Why fixed-fee instead of hourly?
Because you shouldn’t sweat the clock while we work. We scope it, quote it, and own the number — if it takes longer than we thought, that’s on us. The only time-based thing is our care plans, where you’re buying a block of our hours each month.
What if we don’t know the full scope yet?
Then we start with a paid roadmapping phase (from $5,000) — research, architecture, and a real plan — before anyone writes code. And if something shouldn’t be built, we’ll straight-up tell you.
Do you do quick one-off fixes?
Usually not. Our minimum project lands around $6,500 and care plans start at $650/mo. If you just need a single bug squashed, we’re probably not your best fit — and we’d rather say so than waste your money.
How fast can you start and ship?
Simple builds run about 3–5 weeks; complex ones, 2+ months. Care plans usually kick off within a week of signing. The first step is always a free systems review —book one here.

Do you build on MemberPress and LearnDash, or from scratch?
Both, but we usually extend MemberPress and LearnDash natively rather than starting from zero. You keep the plugin ecosystem, updates, and support — we build the 20% that’s specific to your business, the way the platforms are designed to be extended.
Can LearnDash sell courses to teams and groups?
Yes. We customize LearnDash for multi-seat e-commerce — one checkout enrolls a whole team, with seat management and reporting for the group buyer. It’s one of our most-requested builds for corporate training.
Can you fix an existing membership site, or only build new ones?
We rescue existing membership sites all the time — billing rules that misfire, renewals that quietly fail, access logic held together with workarounds. A free systems review tells you what’s broken and what fixing it would take.
Will custom membership features survive plugin updates?
Yes — that’s the point of building natively. We extend MemberPress and LearnDash through their supported APIs instead of patching core files, so updates ship without taking your revenue down.
