Case study · Rescue & refresh

Tetris Masters Moving

A top-rated Sacramento moving company was running on a Wix site that couldn’t keep up. We migrated them to WordPress and Bricks — a faster, more flexible platform their team can edit — with our partners at Replicant Digital handling the SEO research, so people searching for movers actually find them.

The setup

Tetris Masters Moving is a home-services business with a serious reputation: a locally owned Sacramento mover with 20+ years in the game, an A+ BBB rating, and a 4.9-star average across dozens of Yelp reviews. They handle local moves, long-distance relocations, commercial jobs, and packing — and they’ve earned their “best in the game” tagline through careful, friendly, reliable work.

Their website, though, lived on Wix — slow, rigid, and quietly working against them. Pages dragged, everyday edits were harder than they should be, and the design was boxed into Wix’s way of doing things. For a business that runs on local search and paid ads, a slow, inflexible site is a real liability. A company with that track record deserved better: a fast site they could actually manage.

More than a new site, they wanted partners they could trust — a team to handle the design and build, and to be there afterward. DigiSavvy took on the design and implementation; we brought in our partners at Replicant Digital for the SEO research, so the new content was built around how people actually search for movers.

The challenge

Move a top-rated mover off a rigid Wix site onto a platform they can run — and make sure searchers find them.

  • Break out of Wix. A closed platform that limited the design and made everyday edits harder than they needed to be.
  • Make it editable. The team needed to update services, service areas, and quote forms themselves, without a developer on call.
  • Get found locally. Moving is a local-search business — the content had to match how people actually look for movers.
  • Look the part. 20+ years and a 4.9-star reputation deserved a site that matched the quality of the service.

The solution

A WordPress and Bricks rebuild — design and implementation by DigiSavvy, SEO research by Replicant Digital.

  • Wix to WordPress + Bricks. A flexible, modern platform that loads fast and is easy for the team to edit — with none of Wix’s lock-in.
  • A design refresh. We redesigned and implemented the new site to show off the services — local, long-distance, commercial, and packing — with an obvious path to a free quote.
  • SEO-driven content. Our partners at Replicant Digital led the keyword research, so the site’s structure and content target how Sacramento-area customers actually search for moving help.
  • A clean migration. We moved them off Wix without losing the content or the reputation they’d spent two decades building.
  • Built for speed. Performance optimization so pages load fast and the structure stays clean — the difference between an ad click that bounces and one that converts.
The results

Off Wix. Best in the game.

Migrated

off Wix onto a flexible, fast WordPress + Bricks build, content intact.

Self-serve

the team edits services, areas, and quote forms without a developer.

More leads

a fast, well-structured site turns more visitors and ad clicks into customers.

Tracked

we monitor traffic and conversions, so the site keeps getting better.

A site that keeps up

Editing a service page, updating a service area, refreshing the quote form — it all happens in-house now on Bricks, with no Wix ceiling and no waiting on a developer. The site finally moves as fast as the business does.

Built to convert, measured to improve

Performance optimization made the new site fast, and a clean structure made it easy to act on — so the paid traffic they put behind it lands on pages that actually convert. We track traffic and conversions together and tune as we go.

Partners, not just a vendor

What they wanted most was a team they could trust — and the project ran on close collaboration, quick communication, and steady, low-drama work from our end. DigiSavvy handled the design and implementation; Replicant Digital brought the SEO research — and both are still here for what’s next, not just the launch.
