Website maintenance services · Support that answers

Run your business, not your tech stack.

Updates, backups, security, performance — and a human who answers. We keep your site healthy and boring, so the only surprises in your week are the good kind.

Boring is the goal

A healthy website is one you never have to think about.

You have a business to run — the last thing on your list should be plugin updates, backup logs, and whatever a zero-day is. That's our list. DigiSavvy maintains your site the way a good crew maintains a building: quietly, on schedule, and with someone you can actually call when something looks off.

  • Updates and content, handled. Core, themes, plugins, content changes — done for you. Want to do it yourself? We'll train you up, no gatekeeping.
  • Humans on weekdays. On call when it counts. Monday through Friday we're on everything; weekends we're on call for what can't wait — like your site being down.
  • Security, watched around the clock. Backups, vulnerability scanning, and proactive fixes — from malware cleanups to patching zero-days before they're news.

What we watch so you don't

Support, security, and performance — the three jobs of a maintenance plan that earns its invoice.

Support & training

Ask us anything

Content updates, how-do-I questions, small fixes — a real person answers, and the answer isn't a ticket number. If you'd rather learn it yourself, we'll teach you on your own site, not a demo.

Backups & security

Covered before it counts

Regular backups you'll never need to think about, vulnerability scans that run while you sleep, and fixes that happen before the problem has a name. Malware, zero-days, suspicious logins — handled.

Performance check-ups

Fast stays fast

Sites drift slow the way kitchens drift messy — gradually, then suddenly. Regular performance checks catch the drift early, and we tune things up before anyone but us notices.

Weekdays we're on everything. Weekends we're on call for the stuff that can't wait.

When you need more than upkeep

Maintenance keeps the lights on. These are for when you want more rooms.

WordPress remediation

We untangle WordPress

WordPress runs over 40% of the web, which means there's a lot of it built in a hurry. Theme conflicts, plugin pileups, hosting weirdness — we've untangled most versions of the knot, and we'll untangle yours.

Custom development

Built when off-the-shelf taps out

A custom plugin, an integration, the MVP of the thing you've been sketching on napkins — when no plugin does what your business needs, we build the one that does. Natively, so it survives every update after it.

If your last developer ghosted you, you're in good company — half our clients arrived that way.

Questions, answered

What people ask before they stop babysitting their website.

What does website maintenance actually include?

Core, theme, and plugin updates, backups, vulnerability scanning, performance check-ups, and content changes — plus a real person who answers questions and trains your team. Weekdays we’re on everything; weekends we’re on call for critical issues.

Do you offer emergency support if my site goes down?

Yes. Weekend and after-hours coverage is reserved for exactly that — outages and critical failures that can’t wait for Monday.

Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?

Yes — most maintenance clients arrive with a site someone else built, and sometimes abandoned. We start with a systems review, stabilize what’s fragile, then keep it boring.

Do you maintain Shopify sites or only WordPress?

Both. WordPress is our deepest bench, but we’ve kept client Shopify stores updated and running smoothly for years.

Your move

Make your site boring again.

Start with a free systems review — we'll tell you what's fragile, what's fine, and what it'd take to never think about your website again. No obligation either way.
