Happy Birthday to Us!!

It’s been a full one year since DigiSavvy opened its doors to the public! Chris and I had talked for a while on partnering up in a business venture of this nature and there’s been ups and downs, like with all things. Overall, though, I think we’ve proved that there is a place for our boutique Internet Marketing Agency.

DigiSavvy celebrates its first year of business

Here's to our first year of business and the promise of many more.

There’s been a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of effort to get things into place and it seems like the more hurdles one jumps the more there are ahead. Some people call that frustrating, I call that progress!

There’s a lot we don’t know in terms of keeping a business going and these are things we’re learning along the way. Pfft! Business plan schmizness plan! We have been playing to our strengths and pushing forward and getting things done. Thus far, that’s paid off well for us as new projects keeping coming into the fold.

The birth of DigiSavvy, an Orange County Internet Marketing Agency

DigiSavvy used to be a company called Concentric Concepts. It was a one man shop and I went as far as I could with it. I’m glad that Chris was able to open my eyes and help me realize the value of adding marketing services to those services I already offered; it’s already made the difference. It’s not easy to grab the “brass ring.” Especially when there are so many “what ifs.” DigiSavvy has employed a lot of other skilled personnel in our day-to-day work and projects; I think that has helped give us a boost, as we move forward.

I’ve learned that if you don’t take risks, if you’re not bold, a lot of opportunities will pass you by. Without going on too much of a tangent, I’ve known a lot of people who are afraid to exploit their talents and get paid for those talents. I shake my head in disbelief. If you can solve a problem, someone wants to talk to you, be it a business or a professional. That’s what we do at DigiSavvy, creatively solve problems for businesses and professionals.

Our Vision to Use Our SEO, SEM and Web Design Skills for Social Good.

At the same time, I want to revisit our vision for DigiSavvy. We strive to help businesses and organizations that strive to do good on a local or global scale, that take pride in taking care of the environment and going that extra mile to help those in need. For these are the same traits that define who we are as a company. We may be small, but we have made an impact on great organizations, doing good things.

Happy first birthday to us! Hopefully many more will follow! A huge thanks to all our friends and family who support us in this venture. Without your contributions and support, the wheels would come off this thing.

We’re truly a lucky band of fools in the middle of a great journey. Thank  you for everything!
